Four successful schemes — a headquarters, a high street, a city-centre landmark, and a Manchester gateway.

Kia UK headquarters in Walton-on-Thames, a brick office with a glass showroom and cars on the forecourt

Completed · Offices

Kia, Walton-on-Thames

Walton-on-Thames, Surrey

Walton Green is a three-storey office on Halfway Green, a short walk from Walton-on-Thames station. We refurbished the building to Grade A, with 172 parking spaces, and let it in its entirety to Kia Motors UK on a long occupational lease — a headquarters for a covenant we were prepared to hold.

Brick warehouses and a Metrolink line at Cornbrook, Manchester, at twilight

Completed · Residential / mixed-use

Cornbrook, Manchester

Cornbrook, Manchester

Cornbrook sits between the city centre and Old Trafford, on the Metrolink and at the entrance to Pomona Island. The site was acquired with a residential-led thesis: 363 units of consented density on a brownfield plot that had been waiting for a principal. Fully funded through planning and sold at significant uplift for development.

165 The Broadway, Wimbledon — a white office building with retail at ground level

Completed · Mixed-use

Wimbledon Broadway

165 The Broadway, Wimbledon SW19

The Broadway is Wimbledon’s high street. The building is commercial at ground with offices above — the sort of street fabric we prefer to hold: an occupier at ground level, income on the upper floors, and a town-centre pitch that does not depend on a single covenant. Acquired, let, and sold as a mixed-use investment.

Aerial view of The Point redevelopment in Milton Keynes at sunset, with residential towers and rooftop leisure

Current · Development

The Point, Milton Keynes

Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes

The Point opened in 1985 as the United Kingdom’s first multiplex — a red pyramid on Midsummer Boulevard. We acquired the cinema, leisure box, and multi-storey car park unconditionally. The scheme now in planning is a town-centre place-making: 487 homes across four blocks, flexible leisure and retail at ground level, and a rooftop of sport, bar, and cinema. A building that had outlived its first use, recapitalised for a second.
