Residential
Private, social & affordable and student accommodation in Ireland and the UK.

Ireland · United Kingdom · Europe
Hibernian Capital is a privately held real estate investor and advisor. We acquire, plan, develop and reposition residential, commercial and mixed-use property.
Mandate
Hibernian Capital is not a fund. Capital is committed, patient, and aligned with the assets we hold. We look for buildings where income can be improved, risk can be underwritten, and residual value can be protected over a long hold.
The book sits in three markets we know: Ireland, the United Kingdom, and Europe. Alongside it, we advise a select client base on acquisitions, disposals, repositioning, and capital structure — the same disciplines we apply to our own investments.
The work is quiet by design. We prefer a small number of well-understood projects to a crowded portfolio.
